The Hornburg Real Estate Group at One West recognized an opportunity to attract prospective homebuyers searching for properties in a new luxury Dallas-area neighborhood. While many high-end neighborhoods in the DFW metroplex have dedicated brands and websites showcasing amenities, builders, tax information, lifestyle activities, nearby schools, restaurants, and more, the developers of the South Pointe neighborhood had not created such resources.

The Hornburgs saw this gap as a chance to connect with potential buyers and enlisted our help to make it a reality. Although the neighborhood was still under construction, the entrance signage and a few homes were already completed, which served as a foundation for the branding we developed.

We selected an earthy, elevated color palette, captured photos of completed homes, amenities, local restaurants, schools, and progress on construction, and designed a simple, informative, and mobile-friendly website. With an intentional focus on organic SEO, the site quickly climbed to the top of Google’s first page within weeks!

We also custom-illustrated an area map to match the brand, highlighting commute distances to major cities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area—an essential selling point for prospective buyers.
